A Research On The Industrial Structure Evaluation And Optimization Analysis Of Chengdu City From Spheres Of Economic Perspectives

As an important component of modern urban development, industrial structure has a key role in the economy. The optimization of the industrial structure to rationalize the relationship between the various sectors, makes the economy both division of labor and collaboration, which constitute close contact with organic whole to form an overall advantage, to promote the city’s economic growth and sustainable development. Chengdu, southwest regional financial, business and transportation center, is the economic core growth pole, past a long time to explore the industrial structure’optimization and upgrading are carried out in the context of urban and rural economic growth, but now both asked for overall faster and better development, and scientific orientation within the functional area, the spheres of economic development coordination. This paper analyzes the spheres of economic coordinated development of regional industrial structure starting from the spheres of economic perspective, and Chengdu, as a research subject, is longitudinal described the whole and spheres of industry structure, and then on the basis of previous studies, by building industrial structure rationalization and sophisticated indicator system, use principal component analysis to evaluate the industrial structure in Chengdu and summarize the problems. The collaboration between the various spheres achieve the goal of jointly optimize the industrial structure, and form organic links to coordinated develop.This study help to optimize the Chengdu industrial structure, and develop spheres’ economy and Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, meanwhile, use industrial economics, regional economics to analysis Chengdu circle industrial structure optimization which is a practical complement to existing theory, to find theoretical support for the coordination spheres of economic development.The main conclusions:(1) From the structure of the three industries, Chengdu industrial structure is321,however, the level of development compared with the developed areas still has a wide gap, and the industrial transition between the development of convergence is not tight. Chengdu has developed rapidly over the past15years, has been displayed in modern society by Hoffman coefficient and Chenery standard. The development of the tertiary industry is smaller, the decline in the proportion of tertiary industry since2002, compared with developed countries, Chengdu’ degree of modernization is not enough.(2) From the structure point of view, Circle of factors of production between the non-balanced one-way movement, In the circle of regional industrial structure similarity is high, competition, market segmentation and may cause waste of resources.(3) From industrial elements configuration point of view, the labor exists the industry between transfer disjointed; The capital invested in the industry and its internal distribution exists unreasonable, and the higher inputs compress the space of consumer and technology-driven economic development; The low levels of technology and R&D efficiency impact industrial upgrading in future.(4) From the industrial structure and the supply and demand, the overall dependence of foreign markets is relatively low. The outgoing industry gathering and radiation effects is not strong, but the domestic market is better fit as a whole,however part of the structure of output have to be adjusted. The import and export of Chengdu in the Midwest, row on top of the list, but compared with the national dependence on foreign trade is lower than the national level of50%.To optimize the industrial structure of Chengdu requires of each of the three industries have their own development goals while the spheres’ industries are distributed rationally. Specific include:Optimized to keep the balance between the three industry industrial structure, optimizing the industrial management mode, adjusting element two industrial internal investment structure, speeding up the development of modern service industry in the three industry, in addition to continuous innovation, ensure that the upgrading of the industrial structure, to occupy the high-end position, obtain better development.
