Baoxing Qiaoqi Rural Eco-tourism Industry Research And Development

In the strategic plan of the western region large-scale development, tourism, as the third industry, became the leading industry of the regional economic development officially in the "12th Five-Year Plan ". In2009, the views of the state council on accelerating the development of tourism proposed that the tourism industry is a strategic industry which has low resource consumption, lead coefficient, employment opportunities and comprehensive benefits; and also clearly stated that Areas where conditions permit can develop eco-tourism, forest tourism, medical and health tourism and so on. There are rich agricultural and ecological tourism resources in Sichuan, so the tourism industry should be the sunrise industry and pillar industry in the Western economic constructions.In recent years, the development of tourism resources in ethnic minority areas becomes the hotspot of the tourism industry development in Sichuan. Tibetan areas which has a rich folk culture and tourist resources become important destination for the development of eco-agricultural tourism industry. Therefore, the article selected Qiaoqi Tibetan Township, Baoxing County, Ya’an City in Sichuan as the example, and study the development of eco-agricultural tourism industry, then proposed suggestions for the development of the ecological agriculture tourism industry against problems in the development. Therefore, this article conduct the research and exploration from four aspects.Firstly, the article adopt literature review method to sort out and distinguish the conception between the tourism and travel industry, eco-agriculture tourism and ecological agriculture tourism industry.Secondly, the essay adopt descriptive statistical analysis method to analyze status of the development of ecological agriculture tourism industry in Qiaoqi Tibetan Township, Baoxing County, Ya’an City in Sichuan. Then clear the problems, to pave the way to the SWOT analysis.Thirdly, the essay use SWOT analysis to analyze the inherent advantages and disadvantages, as well as external challenges and threats in development of ecological agriculture tourism industry in Qiaoqi.At last, the essay proposed countermeasures to the development from the point of view of the development of the industry and policy perspective separately, and prospect its future development trend.Studies have shown that Baoxing Qiaoqi Tibetan area has inherent advantages for the development of ecological agriculture tourism industry. Although there are some problems in the development, such as:talent shortage, the irrational source structure, the faulty facilities, marketing mismanagement and so on. But in general, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. So Qiaoqi should give full play to the advantages of agriculture and animal husbandry industries and possession of house music folk cultural superiority, and make function zoning to Jiajin, God Mori, five cents Sea and Tibetan knorr. In order to ensure the rational development of ecological agriculture tourism industry booming in the township.
