The Study On Shuangliu County Ecological Environmental Protection In The Process Of Rural Modernization

With the development of China’s economy and the acceleration of rural modernization process, the social economy has experienced a significant change. However, the problem of environmental pollution became seriously and threatens to the health of rural areas to some extent. Those unresolved rural environmental problems inevitably affect the efforts to build a beautiful Chinese offered in the party’s18meeting report. The reports also promote the construction of ecological civilization; put the ecological civilization in a more prominent position and the socialism modernization strategy.This paper uses Shuangliu County, which is a representative sample in the protection of ecological environment, to analysis the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the background of developing modernization process. This paper uses the literature data, empirical research, questionnaire survey and comparative analysis. According to review of the literature at home and abroad, combing the literature and summarize the different research priorities and ways, lay the foundation for the writing of this article. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper uses empirical analysis and survey of the ecological and environmental problems in Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province, rural modernization process and comparative analysis to analyze specific issues, aiming to fully reveal the environment problems in the Shuangliu rural modernization process and find out sources of pollution.According to the study, we found that the environmental problems of the process of rural modernization of Shuangliu are highly associated with changes in lifestyle and production of villagers and their low awareness of environmental. In the process of modernization, the change of the mode of production of villages makes the environmental problems more seriously, such as the excessive use of pesticides, fertilizers, plastic film and other environmental hazards. The emission of pollutants intensive livestock without processing and recycling is a cause of pressure on the environment in rural areas. Modernization of lifestyle, making straw and other biomass waste, pollution caused by the use of coal in the atmosphere, garbage emissions increases and the use of disposable supplies have had a great impact on the environment. Farmers’ awareness of Environmental is relatively low although government departments increase environmental propaganda. However, cultural qualities of the rural population are generally low and they didn’t understand environmental protection and the cause of environmental pollution. So their contribution to environmental protection is little. Finally, against the existing problems in Shuangliu ecological and environmental protection, the paper gives three countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen environmental protection team building, the construction of infrastructure and environmental system in environmental protection.
