But at the same time, severe regional disparities appears, which exacerbate the contradiction between the region, and get away from the final purpose which developing the socialist market economy for. And this is a serious impediment to the sustainable development of China’s economy, and maybe harms the social stability. So it is necessary to take measures to reduce the regional disparities in order to make the economy transform from unbalanced growth to balanced growth..Investment is an important element to stimulate economic growth. There is no doubt about the capital effect on economic growth. Along with the development of economy, capital deepening and capital widening appear. This report tries to find the path of economy from unbalanced growth to balanced growth under the view of capital deepening and capital widening.
