Open trade certificates of deposit, herald a more comprehensive implementation in our country interest rate marketization era is coming. However, in the wave of interest rate marketization reform continuously move forward at the same time, we also must realize that the interest rate marketization is a double-edged sword, on the one hand, it can promote the flow of funds more reasonable, realize the effective configuration, promote the financial innovation, speed up the transformation of bank;, on the other hand, after the comprehensive implementation of interest rate liberalization, bank spreads shrink, lower profits, the Banks will impact the traditional profit model, at the same time, frequency and amplitude of bank interest rates will rise, make the bank interest rate risk facing, challenging the bank interest rate risk management ability.
