Study On The Copetitiveness Of Advanced Manufacturing Listed Company Of Jiangsu Province: A Dynamic Capacity Perspective

During the research, the author firstly introduced the study background ofdynamic capacity and the advanced manufacturing listed company.Then,he putforward the importance of developing the advanced manufacturing listed companyand studying the dynamic capacity,and he took Jiangsu Province as anexample,which has certain advantages to develop advanced manufacturing now, butalso has many development bottlenecks.Secondly he reviewed the theory of dynamiccapacity and the advanced manufacturing listed company competitiveness, and tryingto analysis dynamic capacity from three aspects: knowledge innovation capacity,resources integrative capacity, strategic flexibility capacity and demonstrated thatthere is a positive correlation between dynamic capacity and the advancedmanufacturing listed company competitiveness.Thirdly, he constructed the evaluationmodel for the advanced manufacturing listed company competitiveness which wouldbe evaluated in five aspects as knowledge innovation capacity, resources integrativecapacity, strategic flexibility capacity, entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurialgrowth capacity based on the previous study, and then using the method of Delphi andAHP evaluation determine its weight. At the end，with the empirical analysis for theadvanced manufacturing listed company competitiveness of Jiangsu, he did transversecomparison with Zhejiang and Guangdong province, it came out that thecompetitiveness in Jiangsu is better than Zhejiang, but weaker than Guangdong. Thispaper also made a analysis of the restraining factor which the advanced manufacturinglisted company of Jiangsu province encountered now, and proposed thecorrespondingly strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of the advancedmanufacturing.
