Research On The Financial Support Of The High-tech Industry Of Heilongjiang Province

High-tech industry is a new industry with higher technological content, addedvalue and labor productivity than traditional industry. To a great extent, itsdevelopment and expansion of industrial scale depend on the level of investment inresearch funds, with high capital adequacy requirements. In this process, the strongfinancial support will greatly promote the development and upgrading of industry.The world’s major developed countries and regions regard the development ofhigh-tech industry as a primary strategic task. They make corresponding policy andmeasures, optimize the allocation of resources and increase financial support in orderto enhance international competitiveness and to occupy the commanding heights ofthe world economy. Although gradually developed in Heilongjiang province, thereare still some gaps in the high-tech industry, compared with Jiangsu, Guangdong,Shandong, and some other developed areas. One important reason is lack of financialsupport to high-tech industry. Money supply of bank and government financialsupport can not meet the industry demand. And it has become a bottleneck restrictingthe development of high-tech industry. So it is imminent to study financial support ofhigh-tech industry in order to achieve prosperity.Firstly, this paper analyses and evaluates the research status of high-techindustry, financial development and financial support of high-tech industry. Secondly,the current situation of financial support for high-tech industry of Heilongjiangprovince is analyzed. It describes the way of financial support for the high-techindustry of Heilongjiang province. It also gives out the problems. It analyzes theinfluencing factors of financial support for high-tech industry in Heilongjiangprovince. What is more, it constructs the model of financial support of high-techindustry. And the empirical analyses of financial support for high-tech industry areperformed. Finally, in order to enhance financial support and industrial competitiveness, it puts forward some suggestions for related problems.
