On Establishment Of Endogenous Dynamic Mechanism Of Energy Conservation And Emission Reduction For Industrial Enterprises In Jilin Province

As the global climate warming and the worsening of ecological environment, the parly and the state pay more and more attention to energy conservation and emissions reduction work, which should not only rely on government departments, as the main body of energy conservation and emissions reduction, enterprise should also play a role in promoting enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction actively, the traditional reliance on administrative constraints means clearly ineffective. As a result, promote enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction in the endogenous dynamic mechanism is imminent. With the background, this paper takes industrial enterprise in Jilin province as the research object, discusses the related issues about construction of the endogenous dynamic mechanism of energy saving and emission reduction in Jilin province industrial enterprise, specific content has four parts.In the first two chapters of this article, we make a brief introduction of the background, purpose and significance, the research status at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized and the related concepts and theories are expounded.In the third chapter, we promote the related policies and experience of energy saving and emission reduction at home and abroad, and from experience summed up the beneficial enlightenment to the energy conservation and emissions reduction of Jilin province industrial enterprise, in order to put forward policy suggestions.In chapter4, we discuss the current situation and problems of energy conservation and emissions reduction of Jilin province industrial enterprise, carrying on a simple review of11th five-year plan for energy conservation and emissions reduction of the Jilin province industrial enterprise, using quantitative analysis to evaluate the Jilin province industrial enterprise sewage and energy consumption condition in domestic, finally expounds the main problems existing in the energy saving and emission reduction of Jilin province industrial enterprise.In chapter5and chapter6, to promote the endogenous power of Jilin province industrial enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction in qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and on this basis, from two aspects:incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism, three perspective:the government, the enterprise itself and the social public, put forward corresponding suggestions in building the endogenous dynamic mechanism of energy conservation and emissions reduction of Jilin province industrial enterprise.
