A Policy Analysis On Coordinated Development Between Industry Structure And Employment Structure

Industrial structure and employment structure are connected and restricted with each other, and the coordination of them is related to China’s social and economic development. At present, the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure is not only the deep impetus to stimulate economic growth in China, but also the important way to promote employment growth.The employment structure will not only restricted by the industrial structure, but also is closely linked with the education system, social security, distribution system and policy factors. Therefore, the effective policy support system is based on the exploring of industrial structure and employment structure change.This paper firstly explains the related theories of the evolution of industrial structure and employment structure, and then analyzed the mechanism and interaction between them. Based on the survey in the summer of2012,this paper is trying to find the discipline of their change. This paper also analyzed the policy content and mode of current public service, education, and social security, pointing out its limitation and deficiency, and finally put forward the four-dimensional policy support system promoting the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure.
