Taking well-known domestic network clothing brand "VANCL" and fast-growing brand "Crab Secret" as examples, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on cyber clothing brands and their data management methods. During an interview with the CEO of "Crab Secret", the author makes a deep investigation on operating modes and data management methods of this brand, and gets lots of data. Later, all data are classified and analyzed Based on development and operating modes of cyber clothing brands relying on E-commerce, and SWOT analysis aiming to compare operation state of traditional clothing brands with operation mode of cyber clothing brands, this paper summarizes key factors affecting cyber clothing brands:firstly, less capital investment, shorter capital recycling period; secondly, larger consumer group; thirdly, less operation cost since it has omitted the capital and management inputs in intermediate links like raw material procurement, production and processing, and sales in real stores of traditional brands; fourthly, relatively perfect data management system, from sales of products to order handling, from releasing of warehouse to daily management, decreases the workload of persons and improves the automated operation. Therefore, the cyber clothing brands can occupy the market quickly. Through field investigation on data management software, of "Crab Secret", it is concluded that there are several disadvantages, namely, data in financial statements and inventory data are inconsistent, performance assessment system is not detailed enough, and it is lack of automatic order merging function, automatic classification of new products, and picture uploading function, and inconvenient operation. After research and improvement on a series of methods, a new function is added concerning picture uploading. Besides, this paper also makes a research on logistics distribution system which is closely related to development of the cyber clothing brands, and puts forward corresponding optimized countermeasures, i.e., establish advanced information system, strengthen awareness on the system, improve service quality, intensify personnel training and relevant academic research, enhance standardization establishment, formulate relevant laws and policies, and re-integrate logistics resources, so as to realize the sustainable development of logistics distribution system. At last, this paper analyzes the bases for sustainable development of cyber clothing brands beginning from the environment-friendly costumes, and provides a basic outlook on further development trend of cyber clothing brands.In a word, it is hoped that researches on this topic provide bases in theory and application for further development of cyber clothing brands and other traditional clothing enterprises.
