Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Ecological Economic System Structure, Function And Sustainable Development In Hunan Province

At present, our country is in a rapid stage of social and economic development.However, there are many environmental problem while ecological economy grow more and more prosperous. And, the most significant is the destruction of the ecological environment.We should avoid some negative economic development patterns exist in some developed country that without the possibility of sustainable development. It is extremely essential that establish a kind of stable reliable and sustainable development pattern when came at a price in the development of economic. Ecological economic system model is a development model which has certain advantage.It is able to reduce adverse impact along with economic development, what is more, it could convert cost to invest to help development of ecological recycling economy. However, we should have a clear direction in the process of economic ecological system. Investment will be change into price if in the process of investment, the phenomenon of the corners. Therefore, we should explicit the demands of economical economic development, combining with the actual situation of China’s economic development, and, achieving economic and cultural development together based with harmonious society. To establish economical economic system should in the long run,master ability and value of nature economical, take ecological environment as a premise for the mankind to live and develop, see the value of ecological environment.This paper is taking Hunan’s agricultural acreage as research objects. We study economic structure,function and sustainability property on this region with emergy analysis, we had analysised Hunan’s input and structure of ecological economic and made a effective evaluation about farmland ecosystem function of Hunan. To achieve sustainable development of cultivated land economical economic system in the end,we should change the structure of economical economic, keep the balance of economic and economical, to coordinate ecological economic structure and function.In a word, the planning of Hunan’ economical economic system need adjust the structure of input and output system, rational using of economical resources.we should not make the ecological environment as the price of output but regard ecological environment resources as the cost of economic survival, keep ecological and economic balanced development.
