For Frestch Special Automobile, in the environment of supplier management,facing of fierce market competition, how quickly enhance their core competitiveness,and create a good foundation for long-term development of enterprises is problems tobe solved for Frestch Special Automobile. Each car will need hundreds of parts,which parts are not manufactured by the car companies themselves independentproducers. When companies focus on their core business, outsourcing of some non-core businesses is a common practice in manufacturing enterprises. For automobilemanufacturing enterprises, in choosing suppliers should pay particular attentionbecause of between the two is a interest collection, efficient supply chain related tosurvival and development of upstream and downstream automobile manufacturingcompanies.This paper based on analysis the domestic research supplier selection andsupplier management, analyzes the supplier selection and management existenceproblems and the root of the cause of Frestch Special Automobile. Analyzes of thecauses of the problem from the two perspectives of selection and management,according to the overall supply management strategy objectives and requirements,identifies the principle of supplier selection, proposes the index system, proceduresand methods of supplier evaluation and selection, and the dynamic managementmethods after the supplier establishment of Frestch Special Automobile, including ofsuppliers system optimization, supplier development management and supplierquality management.This study can provide methods and decision support for supplier evaluationand selection and management of Frestch Special Automobile, but also provide areference for similar enterprises. For achieving new seamless supply and demand of Frestch Special Automobile, the supplier’s equipment resources, product qualityadvantages, market network advantage, financial instruments advantage, serviceadvantage, brand advantage and participate in technical improvements and enterpriseaggregation docking, adapt and take full advantage of competing relationship,enterprises will be introduced to a more benign regulatory environment, and create ahealthy competitive environment, so that which has great significance for healthy,rapid and efficient development of the Frestch Special Automobile.
