Facing increasingly shortage of natural resource and destruction of ecological environment, green take-back and parts remanufacturing of end-of-vehicles (ELV) meet the requirement of circular economy development. For a long time, the study related to remanufacturing concentrates on the aspects of engineering technology, such as nano-surface engineering technology, high velocity arc spraying technology, nano-solid lubrication technology etc. Though logistics is one of the most important problems of remanufacturing, it is hardly carried out. Based on this background, this thesis mainly studies on optimization problems of reverse logistics network for remanufacturing facing ELV.Firstly, this dissertation provides a more complete analysis on component elements of green take-back system from take-back goals, take-back targets, function elements, main parts of operation etc. On this basis, directed by the theory of circular economics, green take-back system structure model based on ELV entire life cycle is established. Besides, several key problems about how to operate green take-back system of ELV are pointed out, such as take-back network, take-back model, performance evaluation, etc.Secondly, the dissertation comparative analyzes the analytical method, elicitation method and optimal planning method, through which the advantages and disadvantages of the logistics networking modeling are gotten. Then combined with the characters of the remanufacturing reverse logistics network, a classic method of the optimal planning method called mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is used to optimize the model of ELV remanufacturing reverse logistics network, including a optimal model of ELV remanufacturing reverse logistics network under the certain circumstance and a optimal model of ELV remanufacturing reverse logistics robust network under the uncertain circumstance.Finally, taking ELV engine as example, an application research about the optimized remanufacturing reverse logistics network model is carried out. According to the characters of the network model, Lingo 8.0, a MILP software, is used to solve the remanufacturing reverse logistics robust network model. From the results, the effectiveness of the remanufacturing reverse logistics network model and the correctness of the method selected are proved.
