Research on industrial tourism originated in the European industrial heritage tourism, it is a type of tourism format which coming from the combination of tourism and industry and also accompanied by the development and improvement of tourism. Its unique development model and leading role in the economy have a wide range of great significance for the tourism industry, tourism enterprises, tourists and the development of the whole society. From the start of the1950s, in some developed countries, industrial tourism has been just unfolding and has formed a variety of models which have gained benefits and can be learned by many other countries.In China, the development of industrial tourism shows a good trend and implies a huge potential in recent years, also catches the attention of academia and enterprises and government departments. However,due to the fact that the industrial tourism started relatively late in China,there are some constraints in the business model which have impact on tourism enterprises for further development.This research is based on the present situation of China’s industrial tourism business model to carry on empirical research.Customer value is the overall evaluation of utility on the basis of the consumer perception income and loss.The concept of customer satisfaction was applied to the area of marketing by scholars Cardozo in1965.Before buying a product or service, customers have advance expectations, then they come to an conclusion compared with the purchased actual consumption experience, It is the degree of comprehensive judgments that if the product or service can meet the their needs. In this era, which advocates the experience economy, customer value and customer satisfaction is particularly important on the promotion of industrial tourism development. Both of them build an important basis for industrial tourism and business model for continuous improvement.First,this research systematicly review research results in the domestic and foreign tourism industry, business model customer value and customer satisfaction,and identify the specific project evaluation of the tourism industry business model and customer value, customer satisfaction.Then identify opportunities for research and innovation in a comprehensive study based on the results of many scholars.Secondly, carry on empirical research on the industrial tourism enterprises in Tianjin for model validation based on the cnstructed theoretical model which treats business activities, strategic resources, the value of the network as the main dimensions of industrial tourism business model.Finally, empirical research shows that teaching knowledge, operating experience, cartels, government support four factors have a significant effect on customer value and satisfaction, then raise recommendations for industrial tourism business model based on the above findings.At last, this research gives some suggestions and points out the limitations and shortcomings, and further research directions.
