Along with the aggravation of the world integration process and the unceasing refinement of the market division, the third party logistics is playing an increasingly role in the social economic life, more and more enterprises are aware of the third source of profits, while the service quality is core competitiveness of logistics enterprises. The study on logistics service quality of the third party logistics can effectively contribute to identify customer satisfaction and logistics service ability for logistics, enhance their quality of service as well as core competitiveness, which could help logistics enterprise to get more advantages in competition in the fierce market competition. Therefore, it has become one of most important topics which the numerous scholars are studying. That is how to improve the service quality of the third party logistics enterprise, and how to impel the development of TPL in our country.To begin with, this paper comprehensively reviewed and analyzed the concept and evaluation research of logistics service quality, explored the related concepts of the third party logistics service quality and the third party logistics, introduced the influence factors of the third party logistics service quality, analyzed current situation and problems of the third party logistics service quality; Furthermore, put forward service quality evaluation index system of the third party logistics which can be established from two angles of the customer satisfaction and their own logistics service ability, evaluated comprehensively the third party logistics service quality by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then we used A logistics enterprise to do the empirical analysis. Finally, according to the evaluation results, analyzed the problems existing in the logistics enterprise service quality, and put forward the suggestions for improvement, which has reference significance and practical value for logistics enterprise service quality in our country.
