Third-party Logistics Service Quality Evaluation System Study

With rapid development of economy, the third party logistics, as a newly-emerged business mode in corporations, has gained drastic development in many countries around the world, particularly in USA, Japan and countries in Europe, it is apparently discovered based on the development situation of the third party logistics in such counties as USA, Japan and European nations that the third party logistics has played a positive role in logistics industry and national economy development, which in turn, has constantly increased the quantity and proportion of enterprises adopting the third party logistics service, and improved scale and service standard of the third party logistics enterprises so as meet the ever-increasing demand for the third party logistics. However, in china, the third party logistics started comparatively late, enterprise scale remains unshaped and application is not widely spread, and the quality of service needs being raised. Therefore, how to improve service standard of the third party logistics enterprises to meet the ever-increasing demand of general public for logistics service becomes an urgent issue for the third party logistics enterprises to resolve. This paper, proceeding from perspective of the third party logistics enterprises and by investigating service quality and evaluation criterion, searches reasonable ways as to how to realize fast development, and gives out solutions and suggestions.This paper carries out elaboration of the current development situation of the third party logistics enterprises as well as research situation of logistics service done by both domestic and overseas scholars, proposes several optimization suggestions through evaluation mode of logistics service quality, on these basis, this paper further gives out design criterion, system construction and evaluation methods and steps for urban distribution evaluation system in logistic enterprises, by taking H company as an example, principal component analysis is applied to introduce concrete evaluation criterion, and finally proposes suggestions for optimization distribution. Concerns necessitating further discussions by consequent postgraduate students are also mentioned in this paper.
