Study On Establishing E-Purchasing System Based On SCM To H Company

The rapid development of information technology, bring opportunity and challenge to the survival and development of organizations, the competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition between the supply chains, enterprise supply chain management has become the core competition ability of enterprise. With the understanding and practice of supply chain management unceasingly, more and more enterprises start to carry out the study on the features of enterprise supply chain management, continue to improve and optimize the business process of supply chain management, so as to improve management efficiency, reduce supply chain operation cost and improve its core competition ability.Continuous innovation of e-commerce technology based on Internet has promoted the rapid development of enterprise supply chain management. Integration of e-business and supply chain management has become the trend of economic development, enterprise’s competition completely into the supply chain management competition era.H company,as the largest enterprise in construction of nuclear power plants and military projects, in recent years, continue to strengthen the system research to the problem of supply chain management of enterprises, focus on the centralized procurement management of enterprises, constantly seeking to optimize the supply chain management system and management process of the enterprise, has realized the centralized procurement and the information management of bulk material and key materials. However, because of the decentralized, material species complex, supplier resources and other factors of the civil projects, the current f procurement management mode cannot meet the requirements of the company, in order to achieve the relative advantage in the fierce market competition, the company must achieved breakthrough in the of supply chain management and the refinement of project management.In this thesis, backward the evolution of management mode of H company purchase and supply management, discussed the establishment and application of H Company’s E-purchasing information system, and do further research and investigate on the issues related to the application process of the the system. This paper could provide valuable guidance, for the domestic large-scale construction enterprises, in the establishment of supply chain e-commerce platform and supply chain management and optimization to the procurement process.
