Along with high speed development of our country economy, chemical industry as one of the national pillar industries plays an important role. Polyvinyl chloride is the second most common plastics, and the heat stabilizer is essential for PVC processing additive, and it is the most complex plastic additives in the application of technology. OBS is organic based stabilizer, does not contain heavy metals. OBS has not only a positive role on human health and environment projection, but also represents the development of high tech and development trend of PVC additives industry.OBS as new product entering into China market is facing many risks, so risk management of OBS marketing project is very important. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of OBS project, OBS objective risk factors are analyzed, using AHP analysis hierarchy process, and OBS project risks are evaluated for each unit, and then formulate the corresponding risk response planning and risk control. It will improve the scientific decision making of the project and reduce the project risk to OBS marketing process. Risk management on OBS project has played an important role, and it may provide some references for the relevant high-tech chemical products marketing process.
