At the age of resource, information and capital globalization, the competition between enterprises becomes urgent particularly. Enterprises prefer to focus mostly on long-run profit rather than stressing on pays and gains at one time. With a view to the theory of enterprises development in the long run, strategic management has become the theme of enterprise management theory studying. Facing with more and more complicate scenes of competing, the life and death of an enterprise tend to depend on the point whether the strategy of an enterprise is effective and proper or not. At the same time, the performance measurement of enterprise is being a vitally scientific mean and approach to evaluate and restrain firms and has drawn great public concern and heated discussion. Definitely, the measurement of enterprise performance is no doubt becoming vital. Research on strategy performance measurement of enterprise cannot depart from deeply analyzing and researching business operation performance and enterprise strategy, so this kind of research is certainly heat from now on.On going through relevant documents at home and abroad, a theory which can be combined with strategic management and relevant theory of enterprise performance measurement seems to be lack, making which a unified enterprise strategic performance appraiSAl theory from strategic perspectives. However, the theory at present tends to emphasis on one part of aspects, like strategy or pure performance. For instance, some commercially available books on performance management which could combine with two theories below have been absent. With the further development of business operation management, discussing the research on these two theories appears urgent.This thesis comes up with the strategy performance measurement of enterprise model SPM step by step through analyzing on strategic management theory and business operation evaluation recourses. The theory’s building of this model starts from strategic management theory to business operation evaluation, while the model applies from business operation evaluation to gradually deducing and working out three important index numbers, on behalf of the strategic outcomes of enterprises. The greatest innovation points of model SPM lies in quantifying the enterprise strategic performance evaluation. Therefore, subjective assignments establish the indicator system, thus quantitative analysis, has been broken through. For the so-called quantification may not be truly objective. Although the model SPM has a great deal of room to be improved, in the application of the five chapter of this thesis, the model shows its well operability and applicability. So this research is being of worth no matter in theory and operation. |
