Crop seed industry is the core of the national strategic and fundamental industry,along with the globalization speeding up, the crop seed industry’s development in ourcountry is faced with a fully new、comprehensive、high level challenges and an urgentneed to have the new brand of the innovation spirit. The brand strategy of seed industryis the core content of seed industrialization, is match the need of seed enterprise’s owndevelopment, also the weapons that participate in the market of internationalcompetition.This paper makes an empirical analysis of brand management of Kenfeng Seedbased on domestic and foreign brands and brand management theory. It proposed abrand management optimization scheme and the implementation of security system forKenfeng Seed through Kenfeng’s present situation of brand management and seed brandmarketing environment analysis, Hope it can help the brand management’s developmentand maintenance of Kenfeng Seed through the research of this paper, and for a numberof seed enterprises implement brand management strategy for reference, provides areference ideas for the seed enterprises who have difficulties on creating a strong brand.
