Research On Supplement Potential Cultivated Land By Land Regulation Of JiZe County

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process， the construction landexpansion of the cultivated land quantity reduction has become increasingly important issue inthe economic and social sustainable development. Transition of construction land expansion iseroding the marginal arable land， leading to the continuous decrease of cultivated land quantityand decrease of overall quality. To ensure the sustainable development of economy and society，and the safety of the food supply， balance urban and rural development， alleviate the pressureof urban and rural construction land， the planning of our country has carried out landreclamation， according to the requirements of the general land use planning， through landconsolidation， development， reclamation of land， water， road， forest， villagecomprehensive improvement of land use activities， achieve the purpose of protecting farmlandand economical and intensive use of land.Land reclamation farmland potential of land reclamation planning pilot study， through thestudy of land reclamation of cultivated land potential added to achieve total arable land dynamicbalance， we will speed up the establishment of a new socialist countryside， and plays animportant role on urban and rural harmonious development. Land use status based on theanalysis of JiZeXian and supplementary cultivated land potential sources， on the basis of usingagricultural land consolidation， rural construction land consolidation， land reclamation andland development supplement cultivated land potential measurement method to calculate thepotential. In study JiZeXian as the instance， the added cultivated land potential of land controlbuilding land potential regulation of farmland grading， expressed with potential level landreclamation can extract potential， the higher the level of potential said the district landmanagement supplement arable land， the greater the number of potential.In this paper， on the basis of collecting a large amount of data， data， using GIS anddatabase tools， set up for land reclamation in the study area of farmland potential calculationsrequired in the database. Using GIS spatial analysis，buffer analysis ability and huge amounts ofdata management functions of the database and system algorithm to complete the landreclamation potential calculation and replenishment land potential grading. In land management by analysis of farmland potential，on the basis of calculation results ofland management of farmland， potential application in the urban and rural construction landincrease or decrease hook for construction land development and utilization of spaceconfiguration and layout of land supply， so as to improve the utilization efficiency ofconstruction land， guarantee the healthy and sustainable urban development.
