As further extension of the company industry chain and the constant adjustment of product structure, potential quality problems and contradictions are becoming more and more prominent, major accidents have occurred from time to time. In order to strengthen the supervision and management, ensure the sharing and reasonable configuration of information and resources, it is necessary to redesign the company molybdenum product quality management plan.This essay analyses based on there aspects of molybdenum quality management,measurement management,laboratory testing,in order to design a suitable quality management plan of solving optimization problems and uprising way of management,especially. in the aspect of construction of information platform of quality data,designing the plan of product quality management under the new situation,it reflects thinking of integration.Absobing the quality management in the mainstream consciousness of production management;to clarify the scope of duties,to clear division ofresponsibilities,to optimize the management process,to establish "unified management,hierarchichical authorization"quality control system and quality information system, to form omni-directional supervision network of the company decision-making layer,execution layer and operation layer;optimizing the allocation of resource,revitalizing the testing laboratory,unified the testing method and standards,reducing or eliminate the disputes over trifle of theindustrial chainlink establishing the control standard of industrial chain,to organize production effectively,to meet the market demand,to make the customer satisfied;carrying on the quality management system and measurement management system strictly,to improve product quality andenhance the competitiveness of products.This article has used a series of theoretical thoughts and opinions to quantify the objective data analysis.
