| Private enterprises, as an important force of China’s economy, its development, mature and development are of great siginificance in construction of the the socialist economic science development, the planning of China’s economic reform and breakthrough and the taking of future development. Private enterprises’s operational foundation and management quality should be strengthened according to the principle and connotation of the scientific development. This means China’s economic reform will enhance the enterprises’competitiveness and innovation from a whole new perspective in the micro level. Overall, China’s private enterprises lack the necessary fiscal, taxation and financial support, but the extensive management, unsteady accounting basis and internal governance disorders are the main problems in the micro level. In this thesis, taking XD gypsum building material factories as the subject, cost control was combed from the value chain’s perspective according to the value chain and cost control theories. By using the basic principles of cost control and the SWOT analysis method to analyze the status of the plant’s cost control and its existing problems, and from the length of cost control in the value chain and the cost control itself, we gave a whole package solution and sepcific meansures to control the platns’s cost.We focused on a private enterprise’s specific management level of the cost control, because of the belief that "deils are hidden behind all the details". It takes many support to develop an enterprise, but only one to ruin it. |
