Y With the real estate market, increasingly stringent national land policy and purchase policies, most domestic housing prices is facing re-shuffle of the crisis. A real estate company is a private enterprise, government intervention in the real estate market, real estate companies increasingly competitive, mismanagement led to increased costs, schedule delays and so on. In this context, A real estate company seeks through the design of effective performance appraisal program to improve the management of a competitive advantage. This paper discusses the performance management of the real estate business, as well as organizations and individuals to improve the performance aspects of the role. Performance management philosophy is introduced from the West, if domestic enterprises replicate Western theories is likely to lead acclimatized. Therefore, enterprises in the implementation of performance appraisal is often overlooked when corporate strategic objectives, mission and vision, so that the majority of enterprises performance evaluation become pro forma, simply put employee performance results classified as rank or grade, performance appraisal for performance management services, performance management, the ultimate goal is to help enterprises realized profits, auxiliary enterprises to achieve strategic objectives, to improve management efficiency, planning career development for employees, prompting individual effort direction remains consistent with corporate objectives. This article analyzes A real estate company human resources and performance evaluation problems by analyzing causes, combined MBA learned performance management theory, the integrated use of performance management tools to design a suitable A real estate company’s performance appraisal program. Finally, the effect of the implementation of the program to assess, analyze the problems encountered in the implementation and correct, lessons learned.
