Performance management is an important part of human resource management and a prerequisite for a company to achieve healthy development.Performance management integrates daily production management with company strategy,and plays an irreplaceable role in management content such as salary management,employee training,capacity enhancement,and human resource allocation.It occupies a core position in the daily management of the company.Formulating a performance management plan that is in line with the development strategy of the company is crucial to the company.Based on the research methods of normative and empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper collates relevant performance management theories,and through the questionnaires,interviews,and data indicators analysis,the problems existing in HNC's current performance management are sorted out.The specific cause of the problem was analyzed.On the basis of this,we combined the HNC's overall strategic goals to specifically break down the goals into departmental goals and individual goals through the method of balancing the score cards;through the use of key performance indicators,the Delphi method re-designed the weights of performance assessment indicators;from performance management The form,cycle,assessment content and implementation process,feedback of results,management supervision and other aspects started to optimize the performance management program of HNC Real Estate Company.We are trying hard to solve the problems existing in HNC's performance management,and then enhance the company's operating capabilities,enhance the company's core competitiveness,and also try to sum up a set of performance management programs suitable for domestic private real estate companies to provide reference and reference.Performance management is a dynamic adjustment process.Managers should make appropriate adjustments to management content according to the changing market environment and business environment.In the performance management work,there should be humanistic care.When designing a performance management program,more emphasis should be placed on the "person" to truly make performance management achieve the purpose of employee progress and enterprise development.
