| As the largest municipal state-owned water enterprise in Dongguan, Dongjiang ShuiWuCo.,Ltd. devotes to coordinating urban water supply system and adjusting the supply structure. Based on the theory of strategic management and with the help of analysis models like PESTanalysis, value chain, BOG, SWOT, etc., the article will study the external environment of Dongjiang ShuiWu from Government’s supporting, industrial structure, social needs, market development, price changes, and technological environment； will study the competition environment of Dongjiang ShuiWu from existing competitors, competing alternatives, suppliers andbuyers’ abilities of bargaining； will study the internal environment of Dongjiang ShuiWu from the foundation of the business development, and competitiveness. Through the above analysis of strategic environment, we will recognize the principal problem faced by the company,identify opportunities and threats from the external environment of Dongjiang ShuiWu, as well as the superiorities and weaknesses caused by the internal environment.Based on the above analysis, this paper extract the goals of Dongjiang Water2020development strategic, achieving the regional intergration of water supply, and promoting thecompany listing. It should expend the scope of business and profit model, built a unified andefficient water management systems, innovate information technology systems and humanresource configuration, and develop the multi-channel financing system, Striving to become alarge PRD modern Eaux. Finally, with the Group’s realities, the author propose the specificstrategy implementation measures, namely to promote water information systems, establishthe modern enterprise system and scientific evaluation mechanism, improve the talentdevelopment strategy, develop the multi-channel financing system, build theculture ofenterprise, estabilish a corporate core values. |
