Enterprise cohesion is an indispensible problem which involved in the study of how to promote rationalization of corporate behavior and to improve the enterprise job performance. And this cohesion consists of the mutual attraction among the staff and the attraction between the enterprise and the enterprise employees, which can form a mechanism to meet the employee’s needs in order to increase employees’ sense of belonging to the groups. Through the analysis of this paper, it can be even more certain that corporate cohesion is the basic symbol of corporate behavior and the important symbol of enterprise vitality, it also has an important impact on the efficiency, interests and the long-term development of the enterprise.Firstly, This article reviews the connotation, influencing factors, constitute dimension and the measure methods of taking the educational institute of X for an example, using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, the enterprise cohesion is divided into five dimensions:leader cohesion, staff cohesion, cohesion of lead to staff, cohesion of the organization to staff and the external environment of enterprise.Secondly, through this five aspects, the present cohesion of the enterprise be measured, the results show that the educational institute of X’s corporate cohesion is not strong enough, it can be described through the follows:leaders lacking of the spirit of innovation, the leadership style of company tend to tradition, the high demission rate of employee, employees lacking the consciousness as master and dedication, employees constructing factions in private and lacking of cooperation and coordination among each other, lack of cooperation and coordination between the leadership and staff, and lack of the employees’ loyalty to the company, the large differences between the salary welfare and the one that the staff looking forward, the improper incentives, the corporate culture construction that is behind of the development of the educational institute, the reality social status of adult education is relatively not high, and the huge pressure of the external environment for the educational institute.Finally, on the basis of the investigation, considering the educational institute of X’s actual situation, this paper proposes a series of countermeasures about how to enhance the educational institute of X’s cohesion, through the following aspects:to enhance the charisma of leaders; to change the style of leadership; to emphases on staff development and to improve staff quality; to create a work environment for sustainable development, to improve employee satisfaction; to establish enterprise culture and unified corporate values.
