With21st century coming, the theoretical research of supplier quality management has been developed rapidly. At present, the supplier quality control studies have been relatively matured. But in China’s automobile axle industry, the supplier quality control study also significantly behind the international advanced level, therefore, the writer combines personal practical experience, studying and researching supplier quality management of Hengyang Fengshun Automobile Axle Co., Ltd.This paper introduces the supplier theory and supplier product quality management theory, analyzing the current state and existing problems of supplier product quality management of Hengyang Fengshun Automobile Axle Co., Ltd.
