Without any doubt, innovation is of great importance to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. Some outstanding innovative companies have always been able to walk in front of other companies in the innovation sports, they combine innovation with corporate culture to form innovative culture served as internal mechanism of enterprise operation and management, so that innovation has became common behavior. Innovative culture is an important part of corporate innovation system, the expansion of innovative, largely thanks to the support of innovative culture. Therefore, in-depth study on factors and its corresponding mechanisms to corporate innovative culture, has a strong practical significance to development of enterprises.Based on the analysis of current situation and theoretical framework about corporate innovation culture, Firstly, this paper establish an model of impact factors affecting innovation culture. Research is divided into two phases:the first stage is literature research stage, innovative culture has been formed in this study design; The second stage is questionnaire investigation and data analysis stage, through factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods to arrive at a final result.The theoretical and empirical results show that:(1)the impact factors of innovation culture about telecom companies in China mainly include three aspects:transformational leadership, organizational support and environment-driven. Transformational leadership including virtue, vision incentive, charisma and personalized care; Organizational support including employee innovation, cultural identity, resource support, incentive mechanism, clear strategy and open atmosphere; environment-driven Including market pressure and government guidance.(2)The influence degree of each dimension of organizational innovation culture is different, the influence degree from great to small in turn is incentive, personalized care, charisma and vision a lot virtues. Influence degree about factors from organizational support in turn is resource support, cultural identity, clear strategy, staff innovation, incentive mechanism and open atmosphere. Influence degree of market pressure is more than the government guidance.(3)Organizational support and transformational leadership havetakenthe most power to influence organizational innovation culture of telecom corporations.
