| ABSTRACT:Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone as a state-level economic and Technological Development Zone, national new industrialization demonstration base, after20years of rapid development, at present, the characteristic of Industry Park, industrial scale is continually expanding, the rapid development of industrial cluster and enterprise cluster. However, with the continuous development of Changsha District Industrial Cluster, the traditional high consumption, high energy consumption of the extensive mode of economic development is to keep all kinds of resources into waste, symbiotic relationship between industry and between industry within the enterprise is ignored, interactive, transfer, regeneration of hair zone between internal the economic system and natural ecosystems of the material energy is neglected, the high degree of dependence on natural resources, industrial chain in the primary stage of factors have seriously restricted the further development of Changsha District Economic and social.Based on the "construction of Changzhutan integration" and "two type society" as an opportunity, through to the present situation of ecological region of Changsha open industrial development research, analysis the favorable factors and constraints on ecological industry development, expounds problems of park industry ecological development, construct the main industries products metabolic chain and waste metabolic chain, the industrial ecological pollution control ideas, put forward to build the ecological industry security strategy, to adjust and optimize the industrial structure in the region, promote regional industry ecology development, reduce pollution, protect environment, realize the full resources and recycling, to achieve a virtuous circle of industrial activity and the ecological system and sustainable development. |
