| State-owned enterprise undertakes the task of keeping and increasing the value ofState-owned Assets. It plays an important role for the country’s economic developmentand social stability. Executives of the State-owned enterprise are also essential as theleads for the development. Under the dual background of the government control andmarket-oriented operations, there exists complexity and comprehensiveness in theperformance appraisal for the executives. Also, there’s a huge difference in the paylevels among different industries and areas. So, excitation becomes a hot issue in thesociety. How to set an effective excitation model to transfer the executives’ enthusiasmfor work and realize the steady development is the key issue of the excitation.In this paper, we first make a brief review of the theory of excitation andexecutive group to define the analysis basic. Then, we take PXDB corporation as aresearch example and find some problems of the excitation through the interview andquestionnaire survey. The new optimization scheme then is emerged which includes twoparts: Material incentives and Non-material incentives. Last, some suggestions of thesafeguard mechanism are brought out for the implement of the optimization scheme. |
