With the TV industry rapid development from CRT era to flat-panel age of networkand intelligence. Companies are all trying to expand its market share in the currentmarket economy environment. As the growth sales of TV products, it proposes a newrequirement to after-sale service department. The competition among enterprises hasupgraded from product performance to customer satisfaction. That means anotherbattlefield turns out for the enterprises’ competition. It also an important means topromote enterprises development. In this context of this competition.,improvingcustomer satisfaction becomes an important factor for TVC company to occupy themarket. It also becomes the key factor for TVC’s future.This article first overview of the relevant theories on customer satisfaction as wellas satisfaction with several common models were collated and analyzed and thenpumped through questionnaire form by customers visit,elaborating the process ofbuilding customer satisfaction measurement system. On the basis of customersatisfaction measurement system, this article will analy the main point of the problems.This company was established TVC customer satisfaction evaluation system,confirming the index system of principles, basis, methods, processes, determine theindex weight and the resulting customer satisfaction questionnaire and then design. Onthe basis, the paper evaluation index system in the customer satisfaction questionnaireto do the research. Using Likert scale weighting method and the reference method, CSIformula to analyze the survey data, from which estimates of the TVC companies overallsatisfaction and customer satisfaction the main indicators of satisfaction. Ultimatelydetermine the factors affecting customer satisfaction. Including response speed,specification, effectiveness, service attitude, and complaints. Through the analysis ofseveral key factors which were targetd to improve customer satisfaction measurement.The study result apply to improve customer satisfaction in TVC,meanwhileplaying a role in learning and enlightenment the TVC increased satisfaction research...
