Study On Coastal Ports Throughput Development And Port Coastline Intensive Utilization Of China

The cost of coastal port construction investment is very high. Only when the throughputof coastal ports has a certain scale and stable support marine economy just can maintain thesteady development, also promotes the healthy and sustainable development of the nationaleconomy. In coastal port development construction and shoreline resources both have noliquidity. Rational development and integrated utilization of port coastline and good supportof economic hinterland will become the important influencing factors in the process of portdevelopment.This thesis hope through the analysis of the development of China’s coastal ports andport coastline intensive utilization put forward the problems existing in the development ofChina’s coastal ports and the relevant countermeasures. In addition provide valuablereferences about rational development and utilization of our country port coastline. Thestarting point of the thesis study was the factors affecting of the development of coastal ports,to study the causes of coastal port scale development and changes. Then used VAR model,time series, the regression model and elasticity coefficient to forecast the throughput scale,and combined with qualitative analysis given the final corrected results of prediction. Bystudying the relationship between the scale of coastal port through capacity and throughput ofport construction and further study the throughput growth mechanism, and to forecast the portthrough capacity, combined with coastal port throughput prediction results from China’scoastal ports productive berth2015through ability of increase value. Finally establish coastalport shoreline utilization efficiency index from the two aspects of time and space to evaluateport shoreline utilization present situation in our country to provide reference for the futureport shoreline intensive and effective utilization.Found that China’s coastal ports development has not adapted to port through capacitybegan with2005. The capacity gap expanded year by year and unbalanced developmentbetween ports. This will inevitably affect our country coastal port economic development.Studies have found that our country port coastline efficient utilization is low and withgrievous waste of shoreline. By calculated the coastline demand and potential found that infuture port construction will in short supply. This allows to speed up the shoreline utilizationefficiency become the urgent matter.
