The Deng-Liao freeway project by is responsible for organizing the construction. In therapid development of the national economy situation, the most representative project in all offreeway projects contract to building by the China Railway Group Nineteen. The projectconstruction period of24months, That started in October25,2012, completed in October25,2014, Across the board, including all the roadbed bridge, road, Traffic safety facilities,greentoll station,communication pipeline, installation of mechanical and electrical engineering.Project repurchase period for acceptance certificate issued in3years.At present, the project is in the stage of the hardest of the whole project,there aremany human resource management problems in the construction process,these problems willaffect the work progress the whole project will be finished on time, There fore, to solvethe problems of human resource management for the wholeproject lamp Liao freeway,Andeven the whole of China Railway nineteen Bureau Group Corporation human resourcemanagement has reference significance.This paper mainly from the aspects of performance management human resourcesmanagement in the salary management post management organization structure andmanagement of through the analysis of the construction project in the Deng-liao highwayengineering current performance management approach the performance evaluation resultson2013made a full analysis of the from the results the performance evaluation in theperformance summarizes thedefects existing in the performance assessment the proposedamendments.In the salary structure improve the basic salary system increasing theincentivesalary system and welfare system of investment.The organization structure isadjusted in order to facilitate more effective communication and information exchange inorder to achieve the integration of theory with practice theoretical guidance for practicalpurposes.
