JKS Corporation under JL Oilfield Corporation, is an industry with a variety of Class Amulti-disciplinary comprehensive qualification survey and design enterprises, mainlyresponsible for the entire JL oilfield surface engineering construction planning, surveying,design, research and consulting tasks, designers professional competence demanding. Inrecent years, JKS Corporation in order to adapt to the market economy under the brutalcompetition, has been seeking a professional designer for their own capacity building of theroad. JKS focus of this study is designed to enhance the professional competence personnelpolicies.Based JKS our design staff composition, design quality requirements, the designprocess, designers job responsibilities and analysis summed up JKS Corporation designersneed professional capabilities include: professional and technical capacity, decision-makingskills, people skills, personal qualities and management capability. Through the designer’sprofessional competence Survey found that JKS Corporation designs professionalcompetence situation is: JKS all agree that our design staff need to improve theirprofessional ability, the ability to evaluate the contents of both professional designers thinkthey have are inadequate. After further investigation, analysis, research, and found theProfessional JKS insufficient capacity to design the main reasons are: professionalcounterparts, the lack of design practices, the lack of professional and technical training,self-study, lack of decision-making skills training, lack of communication and knowledgetraining, personality reasons, do not like the profession, the lack of corporate culturetraining, lack of teamwork training, lack of management skills training. Based on the causesand factors of relationship analysis, designers find professional competence affecting factorsare: one, that there was no need to learn, to participate in training, there is no time to learn,train, do not want to participate in design practice, or do not know how to learn, fearaffected families and designers I related to subjective factors; Second, genetic factors andenvironmental factors, historical factors and institutional factors, design personnel trainingsystem is imperfect and other objective factors. Finally, the influencing factors, putsforward the corresponding solution strategy:1, personnel training system designed toimprove the Corporation;2, good designer career planning;3, take the self-management toenhance the professional capabilities and achieve career goals.JKS Corporation hope the relevant departments and designers through the use of these strategies, the ability of the designer’s career to a new level, the corporation ’s overall designlevel is improved, in the brutal competition in the market long invincible, so designers in thedesign work to achieve a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, improve designer ’shappiness index.
