| Along with the continuously development of the society economy and people's living quality ,the usage of DV is more and more widespread, and the social demand of the professional person of DV designing and producing is also more and more big. Hence, an all new occupation- the Digital Video (DV) Designer and Producer emerge with the tide of the times.On December 2 in 2004, the nation department of labor and society guarantee released the second new occupation, the Digital Video (DV) Designer and Producer was included. But, the definition, contents, training and authentication of that occupation was not in so many words.For the sake of the definitude of profession standard, and spread that occupation in the country, the nation department of labor and society guarantee signed the item to empolder the occupation. Under the guidance of the tutor, I participated the whole process, and participated the training and testing as a cadet teacher. And the thesis is coming from this item.The thesis mainly includes four parts:The first part analyses the circumstance of the salement of DV and the occupation, and clarifies that the training to the personnel is very urgent.The second part nails down the definition of the occupation from the logic according to the job contents. Then, the article makes sure the training target of the occupation taking the Taxonomy of Educational Objectives of Bloom as the basis. End, the article makes sure the training outline of the occupation with analysing the related training contents of more various training classes.The third part elaborates the methods of the training, and gives the suggestion to the later training with the analysis to the student and the teacher's feedback data.The fourth part builds up a database, according to the basic theories of the examination. At the same time, the article analyses the result of the examination and puts forward the suggestion towards the later training. |
