Among manyonline travel companies, CTRIP has been at the leading position with its excellent networktechnology platform, brand service, excellent business competitive strategy. To develop inthe increasingly competitive online travel market and keep the enterprise’s corecompetitiveness has become the domestic online travel industry’s top problem. As a result,this article chooses CTRIP travel network as a case so as to study its core competitiveness.The first chapter is about the background, research significance and research method.The second chapter mainly introduces the core competence in the enterprise and relatedtheories.
