Research On Project Culture Construction

Project management is an advanced management method in project management, project culture is an important part of practice system of project management. The project culture is an important guarantee for good project can success or make better achievements. But at present, project manager of project culture construction understanding is not enough. In this paper, through the research on the theory of project culture, systematically discussed issues related to the construction of the project culture.Firstly, the paper introduced some basic concepts of project, project management, project culture construction. The third chapter expounds the current situation and problems of project culture construction and project management are studied. The fourth chapter contents of project culture construction is designed, including:matter, spirit, system, behavior. The fifth chapter focuses on the factors affecting the project culture construction was analyzed, the research emphasis and main contents of the project culture construction, and puts forward relevant strategy project culture construction. Finally, in the Far East International Financial Leasing Company as an example to introduce the practice of the construction of the project culture.
