The new generation employee is the hope for the development of enterprise future and the precious resources of enterprise.How to improve their job satisfaction is one of the new problems faced by managers. With the new generation employee into the society, and gradually become the main force in the workplace, their unique behavior and a high turnover rate are the60s or70s managers headaches after problems.With80s playing an increasingly important role in enterprise, the study of this group is essential.Available study on enterprise culture influence on the job satisfaction of new generation employees is less,and few employers were concerned this type of problem in practice. In this paper, we will look for the influece chanism between enterprise culture and job satisfaction of new generation employees through the statistical analysis of the literature. We put forward the method of enhancing the new generation employees’ job satisfation in order to provide theoretic basis for the employer.Based on the previous studies, this paper defines related concept.Then amendments to establish the scale of enterprise culture and job satisfaction scale based on existing literature. Determine the dimension of enterprise culture and job satisfaction, and validate their correlation.A questionnaire-based survey is carried out and SPSS17.0is applied in the process of data analysis.According to the result of data analysis, this paper gains several conclusions. In this paper, the new generation employees and non-new generation employees have significant differences in job satisfaction. Enterprise cultural dimensions have a significant impact to the dimension of the new generation employees’ job satisfaction, and concluded that the corresponding regression equation. Based on the theoretical research conclusions, advices for managing and enhancing the new generation employees’ job satisfaction are represented. The innovation and deficiency of this paper are analyzed at the end of the paper.
