Hunan Osaint Heavy Industries Co.,LTD (Osaint) is R&D,production and salesof piling machinery, rock-drilling machinery, high-speed rail equipment consistingmainly of construction machinery manufacturer. With the market competition ofconstruction equipment intensiifed continually, our research and analysis on Osaint,sdevelopment strategies plays an important role in Osaint,s further development, andalso will provide certain reference and lesson for small and medium domesticconstruction equipment enterprises,and have theoretical and practical significance forthe related industries and enterprises in optimizing internal resources, using externalopportunities, constantly enhancing their comprehensive competitiveness and ability ofresisting threat, and rapidly developing and growing under the condition ofincreasingly competitive market.It analyzes Osaint,s external environment by using of general environment ofPEST analysis and ifve forces analysis model of Potter, and analyzes internal resourcesand capabilities. According to the analysis, it matches and summarizes the enterprise’sopportunity, threat, superiority and inferiority. Moreover by using of SWOT analysisand strategic management theory, it will combine Osaint,s opportunity and threat to itssuperiority and inferiority. We choose these development strategies in conformity withOsaint,s characteristics, and these include strengthening strategy, specializationstrategy, international marketing strategy and differentiation and agglomerationcompetitive integration strategy.After we choose these developmental strategies, we put forward specificinsurances. These include building a suitable organization structure, implementingtechnology innovation strategy, strengthening human resource construction, innovatingorganization management and valuing culture construction, etc. Then we implementthe strategy control. According to the content of strategic implementation, from controltime, control state of the main entry and control point, we decide the way of strategicimplementation. We will control the process of strategic implementation, ifnddifferences,analyze and assess deviations, and timely correct deviations. While weimplement strategic control, we need control the risk of rotary drilling rig market. Thusit ensures the ifnal realization of development strategy.
