In recent years, China's power industry keeps rapid development momentum, generating capacity rising at an annual rate of 8%, for substation and distribution equipment manufacturing industry created a large market demand, further expand the size of the market. Statistics show that China's next two or three years will be installed 30 million kw power supply additional construction, the rise in the installed to 25 million kw, namely the installed can increase in 30% ~ 40%, therefore, and the new increasing more direct some switch equipment market capacity will have a huge expansion, and has the good market demand.At the same time, we can't ignore in the environment of market economy, the enterprise will face more complex business environment, the influence factors of the enterprise survival and the development more and more, so enterprise strategic research and strategic management more and more get the attention of entrepreneurs.
