Along with the rapid development of economic, there are much more market demand for cars than ever. Also, all the global tire company have confidence in the huge market of china, so natually Cina is becoming one of the most intense competitive area of the tire industry.But as the European debt crisis becoming increasingly violent, the international market demand for tire products is worsening and so with the futher shrinking of the tire market.In the current automobie tire industry situation, the growth of demand has slowed down.In the current momentum of capacity expand has not been well controlled.Excess capacity and rundundant construction are not only the cause of unbalance between production and consumpution, but also trigger a series of vicious price competition in the auto tire industry, so as to affect the ability to gain profit.It also have been affected the tire industry tovarying degrees in Hunan province.Therefore, all the industry took sales promotion measure in common to tide over this crisis.Howere, this result in a far stronger competition than ever.Although the price competition having become the main mean of competition, it still hardly exert a due results.Hunan Doublestar Co.Ltd.,a tire suppliers set up by Qingdao doublestar tire corporation headquarters, functon as a logistics terrace, which mainly specialises in car tires, including rubber products, auto parts, and chemical products and so forth.Chief among the company’s tire products is series brand name tires, producted by Qingdao doublestar tire corporation headquarters.The company mainly provide quality products and services for the terminal market of the substituted automobie tire.This thesis analyzes the internal circumstances as well as the external circumstances which refers to macro-circumstances、tire industry market competition situation and comsumer’s behavioral characters, and take consideration of the we find that the company coexist superiority with inferiority, chance with challenge, and then make a SWOT analysis.In view of these questions, combined with the feature of tire industry, this thesis integrate theory with practice, we mke a target analysis and mixed analysis of marketing strtegy from several aspects that include product, price, sales promotion and channels.Then we put forward some practicalmarketing adjustment proposals:putting attention to the company marketing team devolpment of the company, strengthening the network marketing, and integrating effectively resources and so on.This will effectively solve the marketing problems in the process of development.We endeavor to supply the Hunan Doublestar Co. Ltd.with the profitable reference for increasing market share.
