A Research On Improving The Staff Performance Appraisal System Of Huayue Auto Club

With the rapid change of operation environment, in which all companies confrontwith increasing challenges, the competition is becoming more and more intensive. InThis condition, human resource has been realized as the crucial factor for thesurvival, development and improvement of companies. As the fundamental part ofhuman resource management, performance examine has attracted increasing attentionby company managers. Effective performance examine system can play an importantrole in company management, goal archiving and guiding staff behaviors. As a result,there is an urgent need for the companies evolving in violent competition to establisha scientific and rational staff performance examine system.However, due to several historical and practical reasons, Hua Yue Auto Club issuffering from the inefficiency of current performance examine system whichseverely handicap the development of company. In this paper, research is conductedfocusing on Hua Yue Auto Club. Research raw data is collected by questionnaire andother methods, current performance examine system is dissected according totheoretical bases, and defects of current method are discovered and analyzed. On thisbasis, the performance examine system has been improved in several aspects throughadvanced examine methods such as introducing index of staff’s key achievement,analyzing and solving current problem and comprehensive performance evaluation,thus, a rational and effective performance examine system has been established inkeeping with the actual condition of company.As it optimized performance examine system, this paper theoretically andpractically benefits companies in realizing their entire aims, improving encouragingsystem and profit system for staff. At the same time, this research is a good referencefor future study in optimization of performance examines system in similarcompanies.
