In the Aerobics Club of our country,there is a performance appraisal standard related to the coach.On the basis of a large number of research materials,we have obtained a large number of foreign brands including some foreign brands in our country,and there is a set of clear performance evaluation criteria in the clubs with relevant qualification certificates.In these clubs,we attach great importance to the performance of coaches,and gradually produce a standardized assessment system.At present,there are no complete performance appraisal systems in some small clubs,but the norms for coaches are also not perfect.As a very important part of the club,the coach obviously occupies a very prominent position and is often favored by the public depending on its own skills.As a coach,its working time is not fixed,and it will be influenced by the time of participation of the masses,because the public usually exercises only in the leisure time.Nowadays,the speed of club development is accelerating,and the talent of coaches is relatively lack.The club needs to consider how to attract coaches,otherwise it will affect the long-term development of the club.This article is divided into five parts.The first part:introduction.It mainly includes the research background,the purpose and significance of the paper,the research methods and contents of the paper.The second part:a summary of the related theories.It mainly introduces and summarizes the related concepts,relevant theories,research status at home and abroad,and evaluation methods.The third part:M company's aerobics club performance evaluation system overview.First of all,the introduction of M company,the main characteristics of M coaches,and the ideal coaches performance evaluation indicators are how to establish,and through the form of questionnaire survey,the influence factors of coaches performance and the shortcomings of the performance evaluation system of the coaches of the M aerobics club coaches.The fourth part:the improvement measures of M company's performance evaluation system.Aiming at the influence factors of the performance of the club coaches and the shortcomings of the performance evaluation system of M company,this paper puts forward the improvement measures for the performance evaluation system of M company,mainly from the following four aspects:expanding and perfecting the performance evaluation index of the club,adopting the scientific performance evaluation management system,We should strengthen the incentive measures in the performance system and improve the participation of coaches in the performance evaluation system.The fifth part:summary and prospect.Through the summary and induction of the full text,the future development trend of the performance evaluation system of Aerobics Club is prospected,hoping to promote the perfection of the performance evaluation system of the aerobics club.
