By the end of2011, the state council were102special area approved to set upbonded zones, export processing zone, bonded logistics park and bonded port area,comprehensive bonded zones, cross-border industrial zone. As our countrycomprehensive service platform, covering logistics, finance, trade, bonded, exhibition,basic service areas of areas under special customs supervision(hereinafter referred toas "special zone"), customs special area as a kind of special type economic zone, inour country the development of processing trade, bonded logistics, port linkage, theinnovation of system and so on,plays an important carrier and window function, forour country’s international economic and trade cooperation and opening up hasimportant exploration and demonstration significance.Along with the economic globalization and China’s great-leap-forwarddevelopment of all kinds of special regional establishment and its correspondingfunction perfection and development, we need to open further to the special area ofbonded logistics finance and operation mode of the normative research, especially toexplore the bonded logistics service as a link, to realize the international and domesticlogistics supply chain system, cash flow and information flow of the kernel perfectintegration decision-making and coordinated operation system.Through system analysis and abstraction, this paper suggests that the bondedlogistics finance refers to the special area, the use of customs, national inspection andsupervision department of the "commissioner of domestic" system, commerce, taxation,foreign exchange, and industry and Commerce Department special policy, the use ofinternational within the scope of the settlement, financing, insurance, financial servicestool for bonded processing enterprises and the supply chain system to providefinancing services, so as to achieve the information flow, logistics and cash flow, theclose coordination of the global supply chain partner truly achieve "win-win".This paper mainly innovation point: Summed up the concept of bonded logisticsfinance and its connotation; Nimbly utilizes the network core type strategic constructbonded logistics finance, gives the network dual core type bonded logistics financialsystem.; Business ecosystem theory from the Angle of the niche，to carry bondedlogistics financial bonded harbor area niche on the analysis, to select bonded logisticsfinancial specific method. At present specific theoretical research about bonded logistics financial is notscholars are given the definition of the system, and building up a network dual coretype bonded logistics financial has certain theoretical significance.
