CSB Manufacturing Enterprise Information Technology Strategy Based On

This paper analyzes the background of China’s manufacturing enterprises changing theway of development, industrial upgrading and the wave of information technology. It alsoillustrates the great important significance brought by manufacturing enterprise’sinformatization to optimize business processes, improve production efficiency, improveenterprise management level and strengthen enterprise competitiveness. However, there isgreat relationship between the successful implementation of information technology strategyand enterprise information strategy planning. In order to confront the hollow of China’smanufacturing industry strategic planning, this paper considering thoughtfully about themerits of the three methods, the critical success factors method (CSF), the strategic objectivesset legitimate (SST) and Enterprise Systems Planning Act (BSP), in the informatizationplanning on the basis of previous studies. Then apply the integrated method CSB to a specificenterprise informatization strategy planning: CSF method was used for critical success targetrecognition. SST was used to determine corporate collection of strategic information systems,while BSP was used to analyze the corporate data and business process, and plan the overallarchitecture of enterprise information system.This paper summarized enterprise information theory, and analyzed the status quo andweakness of enterprise informatization theory under the use of literature study, induction,interview survey method, empirical research and so on. Involved in the informatizationplanning projects of Chongqing Company Z that is chaired by my tutor, having in-depthinterviews in senior leadership of Company Z, this paper has collected and consulted lots ofliteral data in the company. By use of empirical research，this paper has analyzed the businessprocesses of the enterprise and determined the Company Z critical success factors andperformance indicators; Has analyzed the enterprise’s business processes and data flowmatching requirements; Determined Company Z collection of information systems strategy.This paper has depth-investigation into the current situation information needs of company Zand determined the order of the information technology system’s implementation.By use of the CSB information technology planning methods mentioned in the paper,and went on the information technology master plan, it has assist my tutor completedCompany Z’s overall information system framework map, submitted the draft Company Zinformation technology implementation strategies and risk analysis. The Company Zinformation project leadership and teams are satisfied with the overall planning of the information in the text, and make it as the overall strategic direction of the company Zinformatization. Finally, Summarized the applications of CSB methods used in manufacturing,also raised the inadequacies of this article, and look forward to more scholars coming to jointhe CSB method’s research.
