The Study On Integration Of Grain Industry Chain In Henan Province

Grain industry is an important industry in China, involving three majorindustries which are grain production, grain processing and grain circulation. Thespan of the industry is big and the integration is difficult. However grain industry isthe important support industry to realize the rise of Central Plains Economic Region,in order to change the mode of grain industry development of Henan, improve grainindustry core competitiveness of Henan, promote the central plains economic zoneconstruction, increase the coordinated development of urbanization, agriculturalmodernization and industrialization in Central Plains Economic Region, solve theproblem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", cross from "China granary" to"Chinese kitchen, We must vigorously develop the food industry. Although grainindustry competition has changed from a single grain enterprise competition into theentire grain industry chain competition, the study of grain industry chain of Henan islittle no matter at home or abroad. Therefore this article aims at the integration ofgrain industry chain of Henan problem studies by the line.Based on industrial chain theories, taking Henan province as the investigationobject, collecting data and relevant statistical data, we learn present developmentsituation of the grain industry chain of Henan and use the systematic SWOT analysisof grain industry chain of Henan from the grain industry chain of strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats four aspects, using survey research, dataanalysis, comparative analysis, theoretical analysis, combining qualitative analysiswith quantitative analysis of grain industry chain of Henan research method ofintegration for in-depth research. Comprehensive analysis the factors and reasons ofthe low efficiency of state of grain industry chain of Henan now. To build upon thedevelopment of grain industry chain as the goal, adhere to comprehensive systemicof industrial chain integration, full industrial chain integration, large-scaledevelopment, industry driving, industrial agglomeration and so on,and to exploreintegration mode grain industry chain. By three direction integration mechanism including vertical integration, horizontal integration and lateral integrationmechanism, we choose the type of the development of grain industry chain, andstudy from the integration, industrialization leading, symbiotic association, andindustrial agglomeration. Having been clear the existing problems and difficultiesabout the grain industry chain integration, we determine the future goals and ideas ofintegrated grain industry chain, propose the road of the path of leading processingenterprises promoting industrial concentration and the development, mobilize thegovernment, enterprises, intermediary organizations, farmers, services, etc. andmake comprehensive and systematic integration of grain industry chain. One of thepurposes in this paper is to foster the market main body, promoting the self ability ofgrain industry chain integration, optimizing the environment of Henan provincegrain industry chain operation, improving and building corresponding system suchas integration of Henan grain industry chain’s countermeasure.
