Research In The Safety Condition And Development Of Agricultural Products In Xiamen City

The quality and safety of agricultural products is directly related to people’s health and life,the social stability and development of the national economy. And now, issues on China’sagricultural product quality and safety is becoming increasingly prominent. Food poisoning,counterfeiting, exports blocked and other events occurred from time to time, which not onlyaffects the physical health and safety of consumers, but also affects the sustainable developmentof China’s agriculture, and seriously damages our country’s reputation and economic. Therefore,management is imperative to strengthen the quality and safety of agricultural products.As a special economic zone and one of the nation’s civilized cities, since the reform andopening up, Xiamen’s economy has developed greatly, especially agriculture has madetremendous development. But agricultural environmental pollution has been worsening, thequality of agricultural products is also decreasing combined with imperfect management system,thus making the quality and safety of agricultural products in Xiamen City not optimistic.In this thesis, concepts and connotations of the safety of agricultural products and itssecurity system are given. Secondly, we analyzed the successful management experience of thesafety of foreign agricultural products and summarized the revelation. Third, based on acomprehensive grasp of the current situation of the quality and safety of agricultural products inXiamen, we analyzed the existence of the problem and its causes of agricultural product safetymanagement system, safety and legal system of agricultural products, agricultural products safety,law enforcement and social supervision in Xiamen. Finally, for the current problems, closelyaround Xiamen agricultural product quality safety legal system construction, and managementsystem to build two proposed measures and recommendations. Finally, in view of the currentexisting problems, measures and suggestions have been put forward closely around Xiamen’sagricultural product quality safety legal system construction and management systemconstruction.The innovations of this paper are:(1)analyze the quality and safety of agricultural productsin Xiamen according to the area, time, the level of economic development, and get thequantitative relation between the factors(2) Analyze and classify the quality safety monitoringtechnology in detail, and choose the monitoring management system which is adaptable toXiamen and easy to generalize according to the specific circumstances(3)Analyze the existingproblems in the present agricultural product quality safety monitoring management system, and propose solutions and development countermeasures(4) take appropriate countermeasures toimprove the quality and safety of agricultural products in Xiamen.
