Abstract/Summary:
As China has entered a rapid development period of urbanization, construction of small towns has been developing rapidly, while improving the transfer of surplus rural labor employment, led to the development of many industries to improve the living standards of the people of small towns. In our country economically developed southeast coastal areas, small towns appeared earlier in real estate development, through the early stages of exploration, real estate development was fairly standard, a sound administrative system and mature market system. But the backward areas in the Midwest small town, small town economy is too dependent on the land, local governments have the real estate as a pillar industry, the blind development, resulting in a serious waste of land and other resources, small town planning unreasonable, poor quality of construction of residential, architectural style and small towns face various problems such as lack of coordination, is not conducive to local economic development and hinder the pace of building new countryside. Small town real estate development is the new rural construction and urbanization important to establish performance evaluation system for the small town real estate development system performance evaluation can identify problems and to provide a reference to solve the problem and thus improve the management of real estate development of small towns level, so that the healthy and sustainable development of small towns in the real estate development.Operating performance and industry performance has been unable to meet the small town overall evaluation of the real estate industry, in order to develop a comprehensive evaluation of the performance, this new addition of environmental performance and livelihood performance two dimensions. In weight terms, to improve industry performance, environmental performance and the performance of the weight of the people’s livelihood, but also to improve the scientific nature of policy-making industry, improve the comprehensive environmental solutions to improve the livelihood issues resolved timely. Real estate development is the construction of small towns indispensable element of urban real estate development and performance of small studies can be used as the new rural construction theory and the theory of small towns supplement.
