CRPCS Safety Culture Construction

With the rapid development of digital technology, Electrical energy has become a key part of people’s life in nowadays. Whether it is starting from a macro perspective, or from the microscopic point of analysis, the safe operation of the power production enterprises is not only the problem of power enterprises, but also has a close relationship with economic development and people’s living standards. In terms of the current situation, security management is not only the basic protection of the safe production and operations of the power enterprises at home and abroad, but also strives to build a harmonious source of electricity environment. Thus, this paper makes a careful analysis and thinking about some of the common problems in the safety production management of electric power enterprises, and looking for strategies to be addressed. The subject is not only related to the normal operation of the power enterprises, but also related to the healthy development of the society.Based on this, the paper takes "China Resources Power Changshu Limited (referred to as:CRPCS) for example, adopting research methods of theoretical research and empirical studies combined, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, and researching the power enterprises production management systematically. First of all, the subject details the concept of safety system engineering theory, safety behavior science, employee incentive and corporate safety culture in the construction of the theory and specific applications in the electric power enterprises. Secondly, the subject combines with field trips, case study research method study on the safety management status, and summed up the safety management of the company’s achievements and memory problems. Thirdly, the subject proposed that "human factors" and "environmental factors" is a major incentive for the conclusion of the safety management issues affecting the enterprise. Finally, the paper combines "employee incentive theory" and "enterprise security building theory", and putting forward some improvement recommendations of safety management, to improve the production safety management level of power enterprises.
